Ankur passed his L.L.B. examination in the year 2007 from Government Law College and has been with the Firm since 2010.

Ankur mainly focuses on acquisition transactions (both domestic and cross border) including transfers by means of asset sale and business transfer, and also handles private equity and joint venture transactions. Ankur also handles general corporate and commercial documentation which varies from employment contracts, supply contracts to debt and security documents.

In his spare time Ankur likes to travel, photography and listen to music.
