- We have been advising our clients on the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA"), which came into effect from May 1, 2017, and post RERA coming into effect, we have successfully completed quite a few transactions of joint developments in Maharashtra as well as outside Maharashtra (some for developers and others for land owners).
