Chintan is a senior associate at Rajani Associates. He specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Chintan's practice focuses on law relating to arbitration and conciliation, insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property, company law and banking laws. He also finds interest in laws relating to media and entertainment and e-sports industries.

He has a hands-on approach towards all his assignments and is involved in all stages of a matter including advising, strategizing and drafting necessary pleadings for his clients.

In addition to this, Chintan also believes in appearing and arguing before Courts, Tribunals and various other forums. He has represented individuals, companies and insolvency professionals at the Bombay City Civil Court, the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunals and the Supreme Court of India.

Chintan is also a sports and fitness enthusiast. He actively participates in football and cricket matches and works out regularly at the gym. He believes that his love for sports and fitness has helped him grow personally as well as professionally. He also engages himself in team building activities at the organisation.

He likes to teach and is a visiting professor associated with some law schools at Mumbai.
