Dikshat Mehra completed his LL.B. from KC Law College, Mumbai, in May 2012 and has been with the Firm since then. Currently serving as an Associate Partner, Dikshat specialises in commercial litigation, intellectual property rights, insolvency and bankruptcy, dispute resolution, and white-collar crime.
He regularly provides counsel on matters before investigative agencies such as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Economic Office Wing (EOW), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (SFIO), and Enforcement Directorate (ED). Additionally, Dikshat frequently represents clients in various courts, including the Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, SAT, and the Supreme Court.
Dikshat has handled cases across numerous industries, including banking and finance, telecom, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, media and entertainment, hospitality, power, steel, infrastructure, and oil & gas. He also advises resolution professionals on crucial matters and litigations that arise during the corporate insolvency resolution process, along with offering general process advisory.
