Gitika is associated with the firm since 2017. She is currently a part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Team. She handles domestic mergers and acquisitions, Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, general corporate transactions. On the educational front, she has completed LL.M in Corporate & Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) in the year 2021.

On an individual front, her interest lies in baking, traveling and dancing.
