Karen is associated with the firm since 2015. She is currently a part of Private Equity, Acquisitions and the General Corporate Team.

On the educational front, she has completed LL.M in Business Law from Mumbai University in the year 2019. Prior to LL.M, she has completed LL.B from K.C. Law College in 2017, CS Executive Programme (Module-1) from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India in 2015, Bachelor of Commerce from S.I.E.S College of Commerce and Economics in 2014 and CPT from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2012.

Karen has co-authored various articles like (i) Down rounds and Anti-dilution clause mechanism: the corporate loop published by CNBC-TV18, (ii) SME approach towards CSR activities published by the CSR Journal, (iii) New e-commerce framework published by the Economic Times-Rise, (iv) Decoding big takeaways of the new cross-border mergers framework published by VCCircle, (v) Why changes in regulations can enhance FDI inflow in education published by VCCircle, (vi) Privatisation of Air India seems to be the only solution to revive the ailing national carrier published by Financial Express.

She has also co-authored various articles on the Firm’s publication - "De Jure".

Her interest lies in travelling, dancing, singing and listening to soulful music.
