Karen is associated with the firm since 2017. She is currently a part of the Acquisitions, Private Equity and General Corporate Team.

On the educational front, she has completed LL.M in Business Law from Mumbai University in the year 2019. Prior to LL.M, she has completed LL.B from K.C. Law College in 2017, CS Executive Programme (Module-1) from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India in 2015, Bachelor of Commerce from S.I.E.S College of Commerce and Economics in 2014 and CPT from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2012.

Her interest lies in travelling, dancing, singing and listening to soulful music.
