Mithilesh is associated with the firm since 2024 and is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. His practice spans a wide spectrum of contentious matters, with a focus on Commercial Litigation, International and Domestic Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, and Banking and Finance.

He has successfully represented both corporates and individuals before various Courts and Tribunals, including the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Judicature at Bombay, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the Bombay City Civil Court, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Panel of Arbitrators and Consumer Forums. Mithilesh is known for his meticulous preparation, strategic approach, and commitment to achieving effective solutions for the firm’s clients.

Mithilesh completed his B.A.LL.B. from Fergusson College, Pune in 2019 and subsequently earned his LL.M. in Financial Regulations from NMIMS, Mumbai, equipping him with strong academic grounding in financial and regulatory frameworks.

Outside his professional commitments, Mithilesh is an avid traveller and adventure enthusiast. He enjoys cycling, football, and other adrenaline-driven sports that keep him energized and inspired.
