Rajeev is a commerce and a law graduate. He is also a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Rajeev has been with the Firm since the year 2010.

Rajeev specializes in general corporate advisory, corporate law and regulatory compliances, legal due diligence, commercial and transactional practice, including acquisitions, joint venture, asset transfer and business transfer and corporate restructuring.

Rajeev also advises clients on vanilla loan transactions as well as structured debt transactions, debt restructuring and Insolvency and Bankruptcy. He also handles the alternative investment fund formation (both domestic and overseas) and documentation in respect of the same as well as assisting the funds in their investments in as well as their exits from the portfolio entities.

He has an interest in reading, current affairs and listening to light music.
