Shivganesh has been associated with the firm since 2022. He is currently a part of the Mergers and Acquisitions and General Corporate Team. He handles domestic mergers and acquisitions, Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, general corporate transactions.

He has completed his LL.B. from ILS Law College in the year 2016 and is also a qualified Company Secretary (Institute of Companies Secretary of India).

In his personal time, Shivganesh indulges in reading books, watching movies, travelling, and playing games.
